Job Type: Full-time
Pay Structure: Base Salary w/ bonus structure per hire -  $100k++ earning potential!!


  • Conducts candidate searches using all forms of media while partnering with company departments to ensure consistent practices
  • Prepares candidates for the interview process while managing the entirety of the candidate experience to the point of the decision to hire
  • Conducts position needs assessment, determine and recommend best sourcing options available within established guidelines and business process
  • Conducts initial screening, interviews and schedule follow up interviews
  • Collaborates with hiring leads to assess needs, and recognize appropriate fit with current teams in each restaurant unit and on the corporate level
  • Meets established KPIs as indicated by recruitment goals
  • Partners with hiring managers fulfill recruiting needs, consistently update and coordinate recruiting efforts and provide recruiting and market related reports and metrics.
  • Evaluates market trends and recommend supporting recruitment strategies
  • Provides recruitment activity reports on a weekly basis
  • Gathers data, prepares reports for use in analyzing effectiveness of recruitment tools, resources and process
  • Complies with all related company policies and employment practices while performing recruitment function
  • Participates in career fairs, leads store opening hiring events and supports departmental initiatives in attracting future pool of possible candidates in various approaches

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven track record of successful recruitment strategy, implementation and retention.
  • Proficient with MS Office, social media recruiting, job boards and ATS systems.
  • Knowledge of employment and labor laws as it relates to recruitment functions.
