Compensation: $16 - $22 DOQ

Responsibilities

Wow Customers through exceptional service Inbound
· Provide exceptional first impression
· Respond to all inquiries
· Identify and overcome objections
· Take the customer through the sales process
· Respond to all inquiries
Wow Customers through exceptional service Outbound
· Obtain possible customer leads
· Maintain customer data bases by updating current information
· Follow up on initial contacts
· Complete records of performance for spiffs, bonuses, and commissions

Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Proven customer support experience
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
